I got stuck. Stuck in a rut.

Stuck deep.

Life handed me some tough growth experiences.

I decided enough was enough...

I have always been a teacher, advisor, coach, trainer, consultant, mentor. Always. 20+ Years.

I knew the way out of the rut was to give back in a new way. To focus on gratitude, service, ease, & grace.

I worked hard to find effective tools to grow and find my way onto a wonderful new path and have now been coaching others as an Empowerment Mentor and Growth Coach and I am here to have your back - on your growth journey!
